x30bet Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x30bet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the x30bet platform accessible at x30bet.app.
• "Platform" means the x30bet website, including all betting, casino, gaming, and account management services accessible at x30bet.app.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the x30bet Platform or otherwise uses any service offered thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the x30bet Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all x30bet transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of CNIC and supporting identity documents.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any sports event, casino game, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by x30bet subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Clause 9 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with x30bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and x30bet.

By registering an account on the x30bet Platform, accessing any portion of the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and x30bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Access to and use of the x30bet Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. x30bet operates a strict 21+ policy and will verify age through CNIC-based KYC procedures. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced without exception.
• You must be registering and using the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of x30bet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily through your x30bet account settings or through any other gambling self-exclusion scheme.

To use the wagering and gaming services on the x30bet Platform, you must register a Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) x30bet account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with that individual, along with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

KYC Verification: x30bet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you will be required to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides).
• Proof of your registered address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by x30bet's compliance team.

x30bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality at any time pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x30bet account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify x30bet immediately at support@x30bet.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your account. x30bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

x30bet employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, rate-limited login protection, and SMS OTP two-factor authentication to protect your account. However, the security of your account also depends on your own conduct. x30bet strongly recommends using a strong, unique password for your x30bet account and enabling two-factor authentication at all times.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your x30bet account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x30bet supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your x30bet wallet upon confirmation of receipt by x30bet's payment processing system. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. x30bet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically possible. x30bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. x30bet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of all verification requirements being satisfied.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in the Player's own name.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• x30bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct.

x30bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which will be stated in the applicable promotion details.

General bonus terms that apply to all x30bet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• x30bet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion between accounts to claim bonuses, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and related winnings.
• x30bet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All sports betting and casino gaming on the x30bet Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules for that product.

Sports Betting: All bets are accepted at x30bet's discretion. x30bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after a bet has been accepted, where there are reasonable grounds to do so — including suspected match-fixing, data feed errors, or system malfunctions. In the event of a disputed result, x30bet's decision is final. PSL cricket markets and all other sports markets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

Casino Games: All casino games on the x30bet Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. x30bet does not manipulate game results. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are set by the game providers and are independently certified.

Voids and Cancellations: x30bet reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a manifest error — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x30bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the x30bet Platform.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on knowledge of a predetermined or corrupt result, or any involvement in match-fixing activities.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of x30bet's bonus and promotional systems, including but not limited to multi-accounting for promotional gain.
• Money laundering: Using the x30bet Platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your x30bet account.

x30bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players, including those who may be at risk of developing a gambling problem. x30bet provides all Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, which are available directly from the account dashboard after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your x30bet account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time reminders to notify you of how long you have been actively gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the x30bet Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

x30bet enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will immediately suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is below the minimum age. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x30bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to system malfunction, data feed errors, or platform outages.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.

x30bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their x30bet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude x30bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the x30bet Platform, including but not limited to the x30bet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of x30bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of x30bet.

x30bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, x30bet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players — either by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the x30bet Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the x30bet Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which x30bet operates. x30bet operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and x30bet arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact x30bet's customer support team at support@x30bet.app to seek an informal resolution. x30bet is committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. x30bet's decisions on matters related to betting outcomes, account restrictions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
